Skye's Design District Edit: 5 Lingerie Pieces Every Muse Needs

Working at a lingerie boutique in the Design District means I see every new collection before anyone else — and I try on most of it. These are the five pieces I keep coming back to.
1. A sheer black lace bodysuit
The one piece that works under an open shirt, under a coat, or with nothing over it at all. Look for a lace that stretches and a neckline that flatters your collarbones.
2. Bridal ivory with white thigh-highs
Ivory lace isn't only for weddings. Paired with matching thigh-highs it's soft, a little innocent-looking, and incredibly photogenic in morning light.
3. A deep burgundy satin robe
My after-shower uniform. Satin catches warm light beautifully — it's half the reason my vanity-mirror shots look the way they do.
4. A garter belt that actually fits
Sizing matters more than style here. A garter belt should sit at your natural waist and keep the stockings straight without digging in.
5. Something emerald
Green is my eye colour, and it's the colour Mila and I match in. Every muse needs one set that feels like a signature.
The full try-on hauls — every set, on me — are on my Fanvue.
